Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP)

Kentfield School District provides an Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) designed to serve eligible students, and we provide this service free to families who qualify (see below). The Expanded Learning Opportunity Program extends the school day to ensure qualifying students are provided with additional services that focus on developing the academic, social-emotional services, and physical fitness needs of the students in order to prepare them for success in school and in the future. Our programs are offered in partnership with Marin Enrichment and Galileo Learning.

Under the California Department of Education Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) requirements, students who meet at least one of the following criteria will be eligible:

  • Multilingual (English Language Learner)
  • Free or reduced-price meal eligibility
  • Homeless/foster youth
  • Siblings of students with the above criteria at the same school

To enroll:

Marin Enrichment (Grades TK - 4 After School Care and Summer Camp) - Program Hours

Galileo Learning (Grades K-8 Summer Camp) - Program Hours: June - August, 7am - 6:30pm
